As we all know Teacher’s Day is celebrated on 5th September in India and is a day to express the love and gratitude we feel towards those who have taught us in life, from school teachers to college professors to our tutors or trainers in fields other than academics.
5th September is actually the birthday of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the first Vice President and the second President of India. Teacher’s day is celebrated on his birth anniversary.
The Teacher’s Day Celebration started with the lighting up the lamp in the memories of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan by Mr. PM Singh – Honorable Director – ICASR and our guest faculties Ms. Purva Sharma and Prof. Nitya Ranjan.
Then the programs started with talent performances like dancing, singing, cultural activities & drama. The students got teamed up and gave their 100% to make the teachers and management proud and happy.
The teacher’s day program then ended with some knowledgeable, inspiring set of facts and motivational speech from our honorable Director Dr. P.M. Singh who also focused on students’ roles and responsibilities, rules and regulations of the institution, their growing prospects, where they will stand after the course completion.
Students and management both were giving credits to each other for making this day memorable and entertaining.
